The Residential 70-Count LED M5 Mini Multi-Colored Lights with 4-inch Spacing can be used indoors and outdoors. The lights have a green, 24-foot cord to wrap around your porch or deck. With the lights evenly spaced, decorating is easy. These LED lights use Full Wave Technology, which increases the brightness of the lights by 40 percent over other LED lights.           I used these LED lights for the first time last Christmas. I tried them out on a small artificial tree and in a mantel decoration. I was so impressed, I bought another 840 to decorate a large tree and the rest of the house this year. I was particularly taken with the fact that they were cool to the touch and didn't use as much energy as other non-LED lights, and at the same time they were brighter than the non-LED lights.
